CHARGES

Here at Osmaston Road Dental Care we aim to offer our patients convenient appointments with as little waiting time as possible.

If a patient for any reason needs to cancel their dental appointment we ask that you contact us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid incurring a failed appointment or late cancellation charge.

Please be mindful that if a patient fails to attend their appointment this can impact on time that could have been offered to another patient, especially in an emergengy. This also has a financial impact due to lost surgery time. We have charges in place to go some way to cover these costs so as we do not have to raise our treatment prices for patients who do attend.

Please be aware that we do charge £1 per minute of surgery time lost due to failure to attend or late cancellations.
